Waterfront Embroidery deeply cares about our customers, our employees and the broader community in which we operate.  We remain open for business and will continue to take new orders and service our customers.  However, we are taking immediate steps to follow the latest CDC guidance to help minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus.  Some of these initiatives include the following:

Remote Ordering


All new orders will be taken by phone, email or video conferencing to limit person-to-person interaction.  Most of our transactions already occur this way so we are ready to serve you. 





  "No Contact" Pick Up


All order pickups will now occur either by  curbside pickup at our facility (after first completing payment) or by accessing our convenient on-site pickup box.  Again, these pickup options are designed to limit peron-to-person interaction.




Additional Shop Initiatives
*  Doors will be locked during open business hours to limit access to our facility.
*  Increasing the frequency of cleaning high traffic areas and surfaces within our shop.
*  Mandating precautionary health measures for employees including practicing social distancing while at work, frequent hand washing, prudence at the first sign of illness and self-reporting.

Our customers and employees are the most important part of Waterfront Embroidery.  I am personally committed to the safety of them and the community at large.  Our commitment to servicing our customers with unbridled excellence remains but these are challenging times.  The entire Pittsburgh community needs to cooperate and act in concert to contain, and in time, end this sobering situation.  We look forward to doing our part.  We will continue to monitor this fluid situation and adjust our protocols as necessary.  Please take care of yourselves and each other.
